Inspect
A full inspection of the roof's integrity - unsealed overlaps and penetrations, damaged screw washers, rusted screws or sheets - before any work is priced.

Pressure Clean
A thorough clean with a high pressure washer removes all grit, dirt, mould and algae so coatings bond properly.

Repair
Cracked or broken tiles fixed, metal sheets and screws replaced, leaks sealed, re-bedding and pointing where needed.

Prime & Seal
The roof is coated with a roof primer or sealer matched to your roof type before any colour goes on.

Two Membrane Coats
Two full coats of roof membrane paint finish the system - the coat combination behind our 12 or 20 year product warranty.
